Quality of healthy life! This is SOLCO BIOMEDICAL's corporate principle over the past 43 years. Quality of healthy life is the entrepreneurship of SOLCO and the core value that we provide.
We develop quality products and services to treat diseases, improve health, and extend lives.
In the early 70s when we had to depend on the US military supplies since there was no domestic medical device manufacturer, SOLCO decided to develop our own medical instruments and eventually launched 'the first Korean surgical instrument'. SOLCO pioneered the Korean medical device market as the Korean market was in need of domestic medical devices in order to treat diseases easily, and today it became SOLCO's entrepreneurship. In the 90s, SOLCO opened the orthopedic/neurosurgical implant market in Korea, which was solely dependent on foreign manufacturers, and laid solid foundation as a leading Korean company specializing in spine and fracture. SOLCO is proud to be the first in Korea to contribute to reducing medical costs and improving health by developing heating/electrical medical device. As the 21st century is becoming the era of the centenarian, SOLCO BIOMEDICAL is focusing on extending 'the health span to match the life expectancy'. Due to various diseases and aging, people spend a great deal on medical expenses as they reach the age of 60. SOLCO is devoted to research and develop solutions for antioxidant and improve immunity in order to prevent diseases and aging.
SOLCO's mission is to "make the world smile." SOLCO promises to change the world by helping everyone live a healthy life through endless innovations and creative challenges. SOLCO will dedicate all our efforts to create core value for our clients and shareholders who made 45 years of SOLCO's history. We will move forward as a global medical & health care company, and we promise to stand at the top of the world.
